Please be sure when ordering to use your correct shipping address, to a secure location. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to an incorrect address that is not our error. If you know the shipping address is incorrect-contact us right away. If the package has already shipped, we will have to recharge for the order if you want it reshipped. If the package gets returned to us, we will charge shipping cost to reship to the correct address. 

If your package is missing (not shown as delivered) and the shipping carrier cannot locate it after 10 days we will offer a full refund. Some packages are still taking longer than others to be delivered due to unprecedented volume increases (especially at the holidays) and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19. We appreciate your patience with shipping.

If your package shows delivered as determined by tracking but you cannot locate your package, we recommend the following steps:

-contact the carrier (have tracking number available) to confirm delivery and shipping address

-check with neighbors or other members of your household

-check personal security cameras if applicable

-file a police report for a stolen package

-contact us and we will file a claim with UPS. They will search for the package-which may take up to 10 business days. If they find the package they will route it to you. If they do not find the package we will determine if it is best to replace the product or issue a refund. We appreciate your patience in trying to locate your package. 

Orders that have a total of $100 or more are subject to a signature upon delivery.
